2019’s conference will be held at the AACA Museum in Hershey, PA, 161 Museum Dr. Hershey, PA 17033 on September 26-27, 2019.

The cost to attend the conference will be $150.00 per person* and includes the following:

  • Conference Materials
  • Meals Provided on Both Days

*If you are a retired employee the cost of your conference attendance is waived. To register as a retired attendee please contact Nicole McNeil at 814.237.8800. 

We are working hard to finalize the agenda for the conference. This page will be updated once the final agenda has been determined.

Lodging (reservations and payment) will be the responsibility of each member. When making hotel reservations make sure to tell them that this is for the PFMA conference since rooms are being held for the conference. 

*Members must have your dues paid in full to attend conference. Use the Membership page for information on how to pay your 2019 dues.
